I've been having a devil of a time lately finding good pairs of bedside tables to work with,
but I do have a couple of singles sitting around here so I got to working on them.
Nicknamed Princess Dogwood because this is the ultimate little princess bedside table
and for the Dogwood styled handles I stole from George's Etsy Shop.
The legs are straight off a rotten chair, and I mean rotten!
The legs were already falling apart and had to be repaired before I could think about using them.
I needed a new top and unfortunately my new silverware drawer had the perfect piece.
I had planned to redo it into a lovely ladies jewellery drawer but I will be rethinking that plan.
The scalloped detail was popped of an MDF coffee table,
the back plate was a hand-me-down from Brick & Mortar,
it's an old door handle embellishment.
And the detailed trim is from an old picture frame.
Princess Dogwood is listed on the SHOWROOM page with price and dimension.

You are just toooo creative!!!! How do you look at all these things and see the finished product? I am creative and can visualize things, but I am not this good. Love your things!
ReplyDeleteI am amazed at your talent. I do painted furniture on rescue pieces, have a good imagination for color, but what you start out with in what you end up with is unbelievable. Great job!

Wow...very inspiring. I love doing this kind of stuff, but this is amazing. I especially love the drawer handles.
ReplyDeleteI just love all your projects. You really have caused me to look at items again in a whole new way. I sometimes pass of a chair like that, but I never thought of just taking the legs for another project! Awesome..
