I created another pair of
bedside tables similar to
my own. They are big &
gorgeous with some
incredible details I'm
happy to share with you.
The color is a creamy white mix of Annie Sloan's Old White
and Pure White Chalk Paint. I edge distressed to create a
perfect shabby chic finish.
Both drawers are big with lots of storage space.
The handles on the drawers are original brass swing handles.
I painted them the same color and distressed them to show the gold.
I added long legs to make the nightstands much taller
but I only had enough to do 3 corners. If you look at the
photo below you can see I improvised and added a very
decorative leg to the back corner.
On the base of each nightstands was an original brass
decorations that I also painted and distressed.
I even found this triple switch plate that
coordinates so well with the nightstands. Click
