DRIFTWOOD GARDEN ARCH - walkway entrance gate

I have had this arch built from
driftwood since the days I used
to collect and build driftwood
furniture. It seems like such a
long time ago yet it really was
just a different life ago.

EDWARDIAN SCRIPT - table for two

The weather was wonderful and warm
so I decided to do the photo shoot outdoors for you on this one.

This little table was an auction buy and quite a simple redo once I decided to
keep the lovely wood top.
The chairs were orphaned and the natural wood on the seats go nicely with the table.

The seats are upholstered in a heavy weight woven linen with stripping

and the chairs backs are each numbered with Edwardian script.

CONSOLE TABLES - 2 different styles

I have been planning to do this kind of project for quite some time and really enjoyed creating these from recycled vintage desks.

IT'S NOT OVER TILL THE FAT LADY SINGS - black harp table

I want to say this was a simple revamp I did on this recent find,
however this piece is anything but simple.

All the ladies in the shop we found this table in, had ideas of
purchasing the table themselves but agreed it was very dated in appearance.

Who wouldn't fall in love with her shape and style.

Some prep work,

A bit of primer,

A little bit of paint,

And a good polish,

has made her sing once again.

I do believe this table was made by a craftsman and is not a
production line manufactured piece making it one of a kind.
