| STEP #4 add extra leg room (cut out detail) |

Take a look at that new shape. |

| STEP #5 strip the table top (sanded) |

| STEP #6 paint legs and edges buttery cream then light blue (Annie Sloan Chalk Paint) |

| STEP #7 apply wax to dry paint (natural Minwax) |
 |
| STEP #8 distress edges and high spots with course sandpaper |
 |
| STEP #9 apply 4 thin layers of clear coat (wipe-on-poly) more detail below |
 |
| STEP #10 apply wax to lightly sanded table top |
The seats were reupholstered early 2020, right before Covid lockdown, but the project started in late 2019 when the chairs were first painted.
